Therapy Groups

You don't have to navigate it alone.

Therapy groups offer a space to connect with others navigating similar seasons of life while building practical tools for anxiety, relationships, identity, and emotional well-being.

Groups are therapist-led, virtual, and intentionally kept small to create space for meaningful conversation and support.

How Joining a Group Works

Joining the interest list does not commit you to participating. After you reach out, we'll schedule a brief screening conversation to learn what you're looking for, answer questions about the group, and make sure the group is an appropriate fit. Groups will begin once enough appropriate participants have enrolled so that each group can offer a meaningful group experience.

Participants must be located in a state where Mary Ibrahim, LICSW is authorized to provide services at the time of the virtual session. Currently serving Massachusetts, Tennessee, Virginia, and New York.
