Stay Connected to Colleagues

Telehealth Means Missing the Hallway Conversations With Colleagues.

Many therapists, particularly those working primarily through telehealth, miss the informal conversations that come from working alongside other clinicians: the hallway check-in, the quick question between sessions, the colleague down the hall.

Sometimes we want more than formal supervision or another training. We want to ask another therapist a real question and get a real answer, from someone who shares both our clinical training and our faith.

This group is designed to create a consistent space for those conversations, grounded in a shared Christian faith alongside shared clinical practice.

“What would you do in this situation?”
“Have you ever experienced something similar?”
“What interventions have worked for you?”
“Am I looking at this from the right perspective?”
“Can I get another clinical opinion?”
A Collaborative Space

Different Therapists. Different Perspectives. Better Conversations.

The main goal is simple: to make each other better clinicians by sharpening one another, as Proverbs 27:17 puts it, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”

This is not a group where one person lectures or provides all the answers. Every participant brings their own training, experience, clinical judgment, and therapeutic approach.

Mary specializes in OCD and anxiety, and would love to connect with therapists who share that focus as well as those who bring something different, like couples therapists. What connects this group is navigating the specific difficulties and barriers that can come up in faith-based clinical work.

Share Clinical Opinions

Bring your perspective and hear how colleagues with different training and backgrounds would approach the same situation.

Discuss Challenging Cases

Talk through de-identified cases that have you stuck, and think out loud with people who understand the work.

Learn From One Another

Explore different interventions and walk away with ideas you would not have landed on alone.

Intentionally Small

Small Groups. Meaningful Conversations.

Groups are intentionally limited to 8 independently licensed Christian therapists because the goal is meaningful participation, not simply attending another virtual meeting.
